Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders

​

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

​

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.


You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

Free shipping:

All orders over £20 qualify for free domestic shipping to addresses within the UK Mainland.

​

Domestic Shipping fee:

​

Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

£5 Flat Rate shipping fee will be applied on all orders less than £20 shipping to addresses within the UK Mainland.

Cancellations, Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations:

​

You can cancel or amend your order after placing an online order before dispatch. If you need to cancel or amend your orders after payment, please email us as soon as possible. 

 

Please understand that if your order has already been processed and dispatched, a cancellation is not possible. In the case that the order has been processed but not dispatched yet, a cancellation fee of 10% will be incurred.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange, on sale, gift items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@honki.co.uk or call us at 020 39473604 (Phone service Open 9:00am — 5:00pm (Closed on weekends and bank holidays))

Return:

 

Honki operates a returns policy in accordance with the Consumers Contract Regulations 2013 allowing you to return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving delivery of your order. 

 

You have 14 calendar days of receiving delivery of your order to return your purchase from Honki.co.uk. The items must have been in the original packaging and in perfect condition.

 

If 14 calendar days of receiving delivery of your order have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

How to return:

Please email us (sales@honki.co.uk) requesting an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving delivery of your order. 

 

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a Returns label by email or we will post you a Returns label. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
