Purchasing Products

 

There is a £5 minimum order value on any delivery of order. 

 

Delivery will be made to the address you give when you place your order. We will use our best endeavours to deliver your order within the times you request when you place your order. However, we will not be liable to you if we fail to do so. 

 

Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we may credit to your account. Refunds may take 7-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

 

We take fraud very seriously; any suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to UK Police force immediately whereupon the delivery address, names, phone numbers and IP Addresses will be used to find and prosecute for the transaction.

If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us.
